The National Executive Council of the Islamic High School Old Students’ Association (IHSOSA), under the leadership of its President, Dr. Bayo Busari, heartily gives thanks to Almighty Allah for His continuous mercy, protection and guidance over our nation, our alma mater, and all Nigerians.

The Association commends the Federal Government and all relevant security agencies for their tireless efforts, sacrifices and commitment that culminated in the successful release of the teachers and pupils abducted in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State. This development brings immense relief to their families, colleagues and the entire nation, and demonstrates the importance of sustained collaboration in addressing security challenges.

We salute the dedication of all those who worked tirelessly to ensure the safe return of the victims and reaffirm our appreciation for their unwavering commitment to the peace, security and progress of Nigeria.

To the Nigerian people, IHSOSA conveys a message of hope and encouragement. Despite the challenges confronting our nation, we remain convinced that resilience, unity and faith are the pillars upon which a stronger and more prosperous Nigeria will be built. We urge all citizens to remain law-abiding, patriotic and supportive of one another as we collectively strive for a safer and better future.

As an association, IHSOSA remains committed to promoting the ideals of leadership, service and community development. We will continue to partner with government, educational institutions and other stakeholders in advancing initiatives that contribute to the welfare of our communities and the development of our nation.

We congratulate the released teachers, pupils and their families, and pray that Almighty Allah grants them complete healing, renewed strength and lasting peace.
