Former First Lady of Oyo State, Dr. Mrs. Florence Ajimobi, on Saturday, paid a sympathy visit to former Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, following the abduction of his sister and twin nephews.

During the visit, Ajimobi expressed her solidarity with Adelabu and his family over the incident, describing the development as painful and distressing. She said she joined him in prayer, seeking the safe and speedy return of his loved ones.

The former First Lady also extended her prayers to other victims of kidnapping and insecurity across the country, expressing hope that those currently in captivity would regain their freedom soon.

According to her, affected families deserve comfort, peace, healing, and restoration as they navigate the challenges brought about by the growing insecurity in the country.

The visit comes amid widespread concern over the abduction of Adelabu’s sister and her twin children, an incident that has drawn reactions from political leaders, associates, and well-wishers across Oyo State and beyond.
